2. Project Process and Timelines
How long does it take to build a custom app? It depends entirely on the project scope and complexity. We build in 2-week sprints.
What does your development process look like? After reviewing the submitted request, we book an initial 1-hour consultation before architectural planning so that we fully understand your project requirements. From there, we develop in 2-week sprints. For smaller projects, a weekly option is available.
What are sprints? Sprints are blocks of dedicated development time measured in hours per week. 1-week sprint equals 20 hours.
3. Pricing and Engagement
How much does custom software development cost? There is a discovery fee of $150 (fully credited towards the first invoice) for a 1-hour consultation to map out the architecture and requirements. In phase 2, we build in 2-week sprints for $3,600 (1-week sprints for $1,900 if project is small). For immediate and ongoing priority support, a monthly retainer basis is available.
Who owns the source code? The client retains full ownership upon final payment.

Where is the data hosted? Secure and reliable cloud environments like Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, or your on-premise infrastructure.
